I wrote this funny story to make sense out of the resemblence I noted when I moved up to NC and saw my first lobster.  This story follows the path of Cajun History to explain how crawfish became the favorite food of  Louisianians.  It quietly pivots on the trials that can happen to those who don't pay attention in school.
